Your Assistant Lite Softphone combines the flexibility and power of a softphone with a wide range of enhanced business communications features offered by Your Assistant Lite. In addition, Your Assistant Lite Softphone adds local call recording to the user’s PC. Using the Mitel 3300 or SX-200 IP Communications Platform (ICP), Your Assistant Lite and Your Assistant Softphone improve communications while leveraging the enterprise's existing IP infrastructure and communications applications. Your Assistant Lite and Your Assistant Softphone are advanced productivity tools that combine a cost-effective solution with a range of productivity enhancing features.
Simplified Call Management
The control panel offers intuitive visual point-and-click access to the advanced call management features of the 3300 or SX-200 ICP. Ad hoc conference calls can be managed by simply dragging and dropping the name of a participant into the conference at any time. It also automatically stores the numbers the user dials most and makes them easily accessible from a centralized dropdown menu.
PC-based Call Logging
Provides the user with a record of all answered, dialed and missed calls in a single easy to use and read interface.
Microsoft® Outlook® Integration
A user can drag and drop personal contacts from their Outlook® address book into their Your Assistant Lite personal contacts list and enables users to dial directly from their Outlook® database, providing advanced integration of the telephone with Your Assistant Lite and Microsoft® Outlook®.
Screen Pops for Incoming and Outgoing Calls
Provides PC screen pops with caller information on incoming and outgoing calls. All aspects of telephony control are managed and are presented on the user’s PC.
